Allow admins and or users to set default values for earn codes. It would help when the default value should always be hourly for example.

While there is a default setup available using the Employee Master default earn code , at times it would be beneficial if we can use a literal default, much like we can with the F3 user options in Vista. Example override the default for a salary employee to 1 hourly for job coding allocations instead of their Employee default
