When accessed from the Update Personal Info section, the new form is putting data into the wrong fields. For example, the data entered into the Dependents total ends up in Other Income. This is a huge issue. It also does not create the acceptable W-4 form for uploading. Please make that one act and work just like the one in Applicant Tracking/Onboarding.
