In portal on Pending Purchase order BEFORE approval you cannot change job. This is not the same functionality that is in Vista. It needs to open for Approver to correct.

We are not using job based PO numbering.
Hi Diane,
In Vista's PO Pending, Purchase Orders are not named using the Job number pre-fix. In the portal, we add the job number to the beginning of the purchase Order if you use the following setting: Use Job-Based PO numbering for Job POs. If we were to allow you to change the Job after the PO has been set to a job based PO, it would cause confusion for users. Are you using the setting I mentioned above?
