Would like to see a reminder email for any expenses that need to be submitted. Interruptions and distractions happen and when they do people could forget about the expense submission they were working on. Reminders of these potentially unfinished expense submissions could help keep the process moving along.

It took me awhile to find the setting after I read this was shipped, so if anyone else is looking to enable this option, it's in (Admin > Portal Settings > Email Configuration > Email Options).
