There are a couple of key screening questions that disqualify an applicant from employment with our company. We now have them included in a Custom Task, but responses are not visible without drilling into each applicant. We could add them a requisition-specific questions, however those responses are not readily available in the grid either. If we could add custom fields to Personal Info and have those columns available on the grid, recruiters could quickly disqualify ineligible applicants.

Date of Birth and Social Security number would be useful fields to have in the personal info section of ATS. We use that info in several fields when screening employees, specifically those with specific certifications we need to verify which require us to provide identifying info.
