We had a PO that was rejected by a reviewer due to a lack of required attachments. It went back to the submitter. She added the attachments but could not resubmit the Pending PO for approval. We had to trick the system by changing data in the PO Line item, saving the PO, then correcting it to the original values, saving it again, and then we were able to resubmit the PO for approval. Adding the attachments should have been recognized as a change and allowed the user to resubmit for approval.
