A new document requiring a signature or acknowledgement added to the Document Dashboard allows "Ignore if Hired After" which proves extremely helpful if a requirement was for a point in time and is not required for future employees. A nice addition would be the ability to "Ignore if Hired Before" to exclude current employees from additional/new requirements for employees hired in the future.

We still need this, especially as we're preparing to implement the Onboarding functionality. We don't want all of our current employees to get the new onboarding signature required documents. I realize that we could create these documents in the Hiring Process Builder as Document Templates, but I would strongly prefer to keep all signature required documents in ONE place.
Sorry - I was confused - ignore my initial comment!
This feature is not working. Does it not work for certain "Mode" of the document or Start/Expire dates? I have entered a recent date so that all current employees do not see the Signature Required documents they filled out already, but after I Save and go back to Edit Bulletin, the Ignore If Hired After date is gone and the document is then pending for all current employees! How do I get this function to work?
Hey Michael - A hard copy form that was previously required for all employees is now a portal "signature required" document (e.g. non-disclosure agreement). Because we already have hard copies for all former and current employees on file, we do not want to assign the e-version to them (basically asking them to sign again). We have several forms to which this applies and are in the process of converting them all.
Hi Melissa,
Can you provide a use case for this idea?
