If we are required to give daily reports to a customer and we supply a customer a daily report on day 1 with Field Ticket #1, and then other field tickets for other job are created as well....then on the second day we provide the customer with the daily log, it won't be Field Ticket #2, it might be Field Ticket 15. That customer is going to be confused with what happened to Field Tickets 2 through 14.
