Could you have the W4 attachment go to PR Employees Filing Status tab (line level), instead of the main tab in PR Employee. The main tab clutters up with lots of other attachments, and since the W4 is specific to their filing status, it would make more sense to have it attach to the line level in Filing Status.
This goes for the W4 request attachment that gets saved as well as the actual W4 if they upload one.

I agree. We've created custom stored procedures to move attachments, but it would make sense for this to be a standard functionality.
