Needs to be comprehensive in both entry and visibility - in the HR Mgt Portal, and the PR and HR Filing Status forms. And should be able to be elected (after acknowledging IRS prerequisites) in Personal Changes of HR Management. We currently are forced to artificially enter 9,999,999 to the Deduction Amount field so that everyone can clearly see the Exempt status no matter how/where they look at the deduction or filing status.
