Payroll only allows one address line for W2s and payroll checks. We only want one line to come over on onboarding that includes Apt, Unit, etc. and is limited to 30 characters.

Just to make sure I understand. If a new employee enters information in the “Address 2” field during onboarding, this information would be appended to the end of the “Address 1” field when the new employee information is initialized to Vista? I think that would work just fine.

We have had multiple new employees enter an apartment number in this field because we cannot hide it during onboarding. As a result their first few paychecks get lost in the mail and have to be replaced and expedited to them.
The Address field on the Vista PR Employees form is the only field that prints on checks or W2's per the "PR Employees Form, Explained" from the Viewpoint Knowledgebase
"Address field: The address in this field is the only address field used on payroll checks (other than City, State and Zip Code) and should therefore include apartment number, if applicable. It is also the address updated to, and printed on, W2s"
