Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

I would love this...only thing is the requestor notes would have to be hidden to everyone else for privacy/confidentiality. Even thou you cannot export it...it will actually copy and paste into excel really easily. That is what I do currently to share/keep track. You just have to be careful because while the requests appear in the order they are created when someone cancels or rejects you do not get notified and it does not move in the list so something previously approved could be cancelled and unless you go back and check regularly you wont catch it. I just sort by cancelled/rejected and check weekly to see if anyone new shows up.
This would be helpful.
This would be very helpful.
The ability to export time off requests to a calendar and print a pdf calendar is available. Our struggle is that we are not able to control which calendar the export is imported into (at least to our knowledge) thus we are moving entries from calendar to calendar or manually re-entering the time off requests. We have a specific PTO calendar that we would like the entries exported to.
We are simply looking for a way to get the time off information to the field supers. We don't need to see any of the time off reasons just that a persons time off has been approved and is on the calendar. An exportable PDF with just the information (nothing confidential) would be Idea for us.
Our biggest concern is that the comments provided with the time off request not be made public to others who have access to the time off calendar. These comments may include reasons for needing leave that could be confidential and should not be shared with others in the organization.
Thank you,
Wendy Ortman

Hi team,
What do you think about the concept of allowing a group of individuals to have permission to see another group of individuals time off requests. This would enable the shared view via HR Management. Let me know what you think.
Cheers
Michael N. Smith
It would be great if you could export the calendar to a PDF to share with field superintendents.
