It would be VERY useful to include the system-maintained W$ as a part of the onboarding process. As it stand now, Payroll has to go back in to the system to enter the information from the form, while it exists for current employees to change whenever they need to.

My suggestion came out wrong. In the Update Personal Info section, the W4 used there does not behave like the W4 in the Onboarding module. The on ein Onboarding responds correctly to the data entered.

The Federal W-4 can be included in the onboarding process and will update values in Vista when the employee is Initialized to Vista. Are you currently using the Onboarding module?
