Currently when someone does a timecard and they add notes the notes are only avail through the approval process...once approved and the batch posted the notes are no longer on the timecard copies that can be downloaded from the portal by either employee or management. It would be helpful if they can still see the notes when looking at past weeks timecards.

Our do not show...we have two different timecard options (hourly & Salary/Union) The ones for salary using the grid timecard does not show the notes. As you can see in the attachments the employee entered a memo on their time lines but in the approval screen you cannot see them

What timecard approvals are you using today?
For Manager Approval, we do show the memo if you require the Review option before approvals can be made. For Job Approval, you will just need to make sure that memo is enabled for Job Approval in the Grid Timecard Settings page.

Mark Cadman...I am also being told that when approving timecard the note does not show so the approver cannot see what notes/memos have been added by the employee...is there something for that as well?

This is available today through a customization to our timecard SSRS reports. You can customize these reports to show the memo field that way timecard admins and employees can see their notes they had added to previous timecards.
