Would like an approval permission to just view the Timecards submitted by an employee, but have no access to approve, reject, enter, etc.

Hey Mark, we have a non-payroll employee that needs to print timecards but doesn't have bEmployee access in Vista. We could create a report on bPRTB or bPRTH but would also have to include PREmployeeDailyTime to capture time-worked data. It would be much easier if there was a way to grant view/print access to timecards within the portal.
Hi Kelly, which of your users would you like to give this access? Since they only need read only access, sharing reports of data in PRTB or PRTH in Vista without showing rates could work.
