We have paystub sms notifications to include the $ numbers. Two messages go out (back-to-back) to every employee. One of them says visit the portal, the other has the $ figures. This would reduce our cost to the SMS delivery service (Twilio ) by 1/2!

This suggestion was placed on Dec 16 2019. That was 4.4 years ago. That equates to 4.4*2464= $10,743.83 dollars we've paid to Twilio for unnecessary messages.
We have 3000 employees we pay each week. Twilio SMS segment cost is .0079.
The SMS paystub notification is sending 3 seperate messages when it could send 1, reducing the total cost we pay Twilio by $2,464.80 each year. Also would help not clog up the Mail Log pages with unnecessary entries. See my attachment. I'm showing the difference on how it currently works, and example of a consolidated messages.
Would also be nice to be able to Test this for certain users, just as you send Group Notifications. When all users are direct deposit and all the same reference number and PR Group then it makes it hard to test.
