When rehires are done, the Core step of Personal Info is marked as Completed. It would be nice to mark it as Incomplete just to ensure that the rehire checks their Personal Info before continuing on the other forms that default the data that is pulled from these fields.

This isn't in the latest version. Why is this now marked as shipped?
Marking this step as incomplete would be a step forward in the right direction. I think, ideally, we would want to force employees to reenter address at each rehire event. May seem like a redundant thing to do, but this would guarantee that the address get verified. if you can make the reentry of addresses an optional custom driven option, it would probably make all of your customers happy.
I think that would work. Since it's marked as complete, they don't review it.

Hi Team,
If we just marked the step as not completed so they can click into it to review it, would that be enough?
Thank you
This is an extremely important feature, construction workers move a lot, most of them nowadays get paid via direct deposit, so if the address gets overlooked at the time of rehire, the next thing we know that some important documentation like tax forms or benefits info never made it to the recipient since the address was not verified at the time of rehire.
This is very much needed. Currently, our rehires won't review the section but will submit a personal change instead of doing it through the rehire process. It's double the work.
The cell number or address fields could be left blank ensuring that the rehire enters in their updated information.
