Would like to be able to assign multiple logos to the Onboarding Pages based on role

Currently one company logo has to be assigned in the settings for Onboarding.  We would prefer that this be an option according to the role/profile not all profiles.

I am with the other comments listed here. We have 2 companies with separate logos that are trying to use onboarding. The company that the onboarding default logo is set to works fine but the other company has had to come up with work arounds to send invites to new employees for onboarding and other work to complete. This needs to be figured out to improve the day to day functions of onboarding and make it more user friendly for multiple companies on the one server to use the onboarding feature without issues. It also appears that the I9 will not download correctly for the company that is not associated with the company logo company.

We started using onboarding, and just found that the Employer action step on the I9 and W4 always populates based on the company assigned in this setting. It would be great if it instead would pull based on the assigned company, or even the company of the employee that is completing this step.

We were extremely disappointed to find out we cannot use multiple logos and Company names within the Portal. As an example, we are unable to use one name and logo for all of our companies due to legal issues, branding, confusion, etc. so the onboarding email that will be generated by the Portal will be without a logo and company name. This will be one of the first impressions of our companies our new hires will see and they most likely will delete it because the email is generic and looks like a suspicious phishing scam. It makes no sense for large organizations that have multiple companies not to be able to integrate multiple logos and names into the Portal. This is a huge shortcoming that should be fixed immediately.

We would like the I-9 to be driven off of the Onboarding company so that the Company name is the correct company name not the Portal Logo company. Similar issue to this issue.

We have more than one Company, and have to be able to use a separate logo for each company.  In fact, the entirety of HR Management needs to be driven by Company, not Site.  Vista is driven by Company codes, whereas HR Management and all of the other related tools seem to be driven by the software instance.
