Current Expense Reviewer Visibility

Ability to see from expense posting (expense admin) screen whose court all expenses are in.  Additionally, enable bulk e-mail to those approvers by expense admin.  Right now, you have to click in to each line and view approver workflow to see where an item is being held up.  This should be an easy column to add to grid to sort/group by so appropriate and timely actions can be taken

We use reviewer groups, so an expense would go to 1 or multiple users. Even with that, like Kendall said, just giving us the ability to see, in bulk, who's queue it's in so we can contact them would be immensely helpful. Thanks!

I hope my comment made sense that the "next' reviewer is really the current reviewer. As I mentioned below, the person who is holding up the process would be great to have the the grid.

Hi Kendall! Thanks for the quick response! The next reviewer makes perfect sense. We're looking for a solution on how to handle the customers that are utilizing the approval permission option which assigns and employee group where there isn't a "next" employee in line

Kellie - I think the next reviewer makes the most sense. We typically have up to 2 reviewers. If we knew who was currently holding up the posting process due to whos reviewer queue it is in, we could give that person a reminder as needed. I know this would allow us to monitor this process in a much easier way.

    Hello!

Some users assign expense reviewers in approval permissions which assigns an employee group without any sequential approval.

How would you like to see this information in the grid if there is a long list of approvers?

Would it be helpful to show the reviewer in the grid if there is one reviewer or show the next reviewer in line if you are using HQ reviewers and then say "multiple users" if it's an employee group?

Managing reviewers is very challenging with any way to see all approvers without clicking into each expense item. When we have hundreds of items active at all times, it isn't feasible to click into each item.

Additional request, from employee Expenses view, in the Expense Submission History, add a "Current Approver" that shows who the current approver in the approval workflow is
