Currently there isn't a workflow for signing field tickets and they must be signed as the field personal submit them, which is prior to approval by the project manager. It would be beneficial to be able to send them for signature after project manager has reviewed and approved them. Ideally you would be able to have the signature at point that you deemed necessary.

Hi Shea,
We are currently exploring options with the Field Ticket signatures, but I'd like to see a more votes from the community before moving forward on this item.
Thank you!
Mark,
Due to the high volume of T&M work we do and the customers requiring backup documentation for billing, capturing signatures is a must. In our situation the project manager reviews the time sheets prior to the customer signature, which is vital to make sure everything is correct and all materials, PO's,etc. have been included on the time sheet.
Hi Shea,
The intended workflow for field tickets is for the person entering the ticket and the customer can sign the ticket together after the work is completed. Are you currently having customers sign off on the tickets?
Thanks!
