When preloading a Field Ticket provide more information from the previous day's tickets. Currently it has a random ticket number for that day, see attachment., it would be nice to see the job number and phase instead, as this is more readily known. Also, it would be nice to just see the the logged in users 'preload tickets' as default with an option to see everyone's within the company if needed.
