For projects that are marked as certified in Viewpoint, it would be great to have some kind of alert when an employee is put down for more than 40 regular time hours in a week.

hi, As Michael mentioned, I agree it would be a cool feature. I think a email would also help. also I might add, it would be good if the employee can choose what phase code to allocate the OT hours to.
I was actually just thinking an error for the time entry. For certified payroll, when more than 40 regular hours in a week, it must go to overtime (and then actually double time after an additional set number of hours). So if an employee is listed with 45 regular hours, they would not be able to submit, and would have to change to 40 regular + 5 overtime (or at least a pop-up saying, for employee XXXXX there are 45 regular hours, are you sure you want to submit?)
Hi Caroline,
This is a fun concept. Where would you like the notifiers to route? If it is via an email, what frequency would be best to send the notification?
Thanks
