When you "Submit" a Timecard on the mobile app you are prompted to confirm submission, however, after the process completes you land on the exact same screen with the green "Submit" button at the bottom. This leads to people submitting again and/or not certain if they process completed. You should land back at the Home Page and/or immediately update the button to be greyed out and "Submitted".
