This will allow you to reach out to employees within Job Time Approval to let them know to submit their timecard for the day. We have reports that pull quantities from the timecards and it's extremely difficult as it is to see who submitted what, when they don't show up in job time approval.

I agree with Tara. I think it seems fine to at least see the time.
For me personally, I think visibility or the ability to submit for the user would be enough combined with a quick action to send reminder to all users with unsubmitted timecards. Then the editing could occur during the approval process

If unsubmitted timecards showed up in Job Approval, would you want your users to be able to make changes to this submitted time or would their normal access be limited?

Agreed and we do not want to provide timecard dashboard access to job approvers
