Currently only employees can toggle icons on / off themselves on their Employee Tools > Hotlist. Admins need to have the ability to turn on Hotlist icons for all employee or single employees. For example: We're starting to implement TimeOff and Document Libraries. Well as it stands we'll have to email employees and pray they'll actually do that themselves or worse yet resort to changing all user passwords to log in ourselves to EACH INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT and turn those on then notify employees to change their passwords (obviously not going to happen). Just let admin handle it...shouldn't be too hard to implement? This would be a huge boon to admins and employees. Even having the option to set default Hotlist items for every employee would be nice as well.

Or if it would just automatically populate their hotlist based on the default programs we enabled for everyone that would be reat.
Having the option to set default Hotlist items for every employee would be great!
