It would be helpful when hiring managers, added to a specific job requisition as a recruiter, could be notified when a new applicant submits their application. Because the recruiter list is different for each job requisition based on the hiring manager the notification would need to read the recruiter list and only send to the assigned recruiters.
In some cases to minimize emails from HR Management it may be more appropriate to have a daily digest option for this notification.
