Currently you can only see GPS location data when reviewing/approving timecards. However, often as a matter of researching an issue or verifying trends in the past that you didn't catch until now you would want to reference this data easily.

yes, any expanded functionality would be good. How far back in time would this allow a user to search?

The Timecard Dashboard as it is today only links an admin to a standard timecard where the time clock GPS can be reviewed, but we would like to add this to the Actions dropdown for each employee regardless of the batch being open. Do you think this would work for you?

Dashboard would be great, however, from what I am understanding once we move the batch to Vista it is no longer on the Dashboard. Our needs are in regards to perhaps verifying or disputing PR issues several weeks or even months later. For example, we closed a project and the GC told us our electrician was only work 5 hours on the site, we wanted to go back and pull up his GPS clock in/out locations for the past 3 months.
