Email Reminder Sent to Employee who entered time not who's time it is

We are not able to use the email reminder because we have our supervisor/foremans entering time and when the email reminder runs it sends to the actual employee with the time.  The majority of the time our field employees will not have an email or have security to Keystyle.  Their time is being entered by someone else.  The person who enters the time should get the reminder.

    Hi Angela,

So you would want to turn off the timecard reminder emails for employees that have not started any timecards even if they have access to create a timecard?

    Thanks!

    Hi Mark,

Thank you for the reply.  The problem is we may have a person who can enter time but is on a job and someone else is entering the time for that job, if a notification is sent out it is sent to him, we want it to go to the person who entered the time only or to the approver for the job.  We had tried this setting but it was sending out so many 'extra' notifications, etc and confusing everyone we turned it off.

    Hi Angela,

If you have the "Limit Unsubmitted Notifications to only those with Timecards access" setting checked, employees won't receive the reminder emails if somebody is entering time for them unless you have given those employees access to timecard on the user access page.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Andrew, the issue is these emails go to the actual employee the time was entered for.  We want the notifications to only go to the person who needs to submit time or approve time.

In the portal settings, under "Email Configuration" then "Timecard Settings" there are two settings you can check to accomplish this.

"Limit Unsubmitted Notifications to only those with Timecards access" and "Notify Timecard Submitter and Employee when Timecard is Unsubmitted"
