We receive resumes thru different methods (hand delivered, email, head hunters), and we would like a way to quickly add these to ATS.
This could be done thru a separate form or an upload from Excel or csv file. If it could auto attach documents that would be wonderful.
Also, when receiving info and entering it in-house, not all of the required fields are known, so the required fields would need to be altered to not include: email address, phone number, Date First Avail to Work, Desired Salary, Authorized to work in US, ever worked for this company.
The goal is to quickly get the info into ATS so it can be reviewed and started thru the job requisition process.

Also for the ability for new customers of ATS to be able to load previous applicants into the Viewpoint mobile HR ATS system via import from a text or .csv file.
