We have experienced several issues with Superintendents trying to fix a couple things on their crew's timesheet within Job Time Approval and it not saving or allowing their changes. One example was an employee incorrectly entered time on Sunday instead of Monday...the Superintendent simply tried to delete the hours from Sunday and re-enter them on Monday, but once he saved, the hours re-populated in Sunday and also saved the hours he entered in Monday (so it ended up doubling those hours originally entered for Sunday). We had a very similar issue trying to simply move time from one job line to another...it would not save any hours we tried to delete, but would save any hours added, so it always ends up adding more hours than were submitted and supposed to be there in the first place. This prevents our superintendents from being able to fix very basic time entry issues, so they end up forwarding me a list of everything that needs to change that they can't, and I have to fix it in a Vista batch.

If the grid isn't saving right in your environment, please submit a ticket to support@keystyledata.com or log the ticket in clearview. The job time grid allows time modifications if you enable that option. If this behavior isn't working, support can help you with it.
