One of our employees approved expenses one at a time. This created an individually email notification for each approval. It would be nice if it sent one email notification for all expenses that were approved since the last mail sync.

100% agree. An e-mail is sent for every credit card expense submitted, which can be quite a few e-mails for our project managers to go through. Once a day would be nice.
Agree completely or the option to send a daily summary e-mail instead of individual e-mails. Most of our approvers prefer to review a line and then approve that line before moving on to the next.
