Having the data in the order you enter it in (regular, OT, DT etc) is extremely helpful from an entry point of view. In addition, when the data is not in the order you expect it to be in, it takes more time to interpret or read the information. I agree that since they are not aligned at the top, it looks messy. It could definitely be cleaned up.
You should be able to select order in Vista and then be mirrored in portal.
