Our 350 salaried employees are paid bi-weekly but we post time weekly so we can bill their time more quickly.
Currently we use Week 1 and Week 2 templates, but once Week 1 is entered and posted there is nothing preventing people from re-entering time for the first week again. The ability to lock out Week 1 would be one solution, or better yet, the ability to see posted time - or even just a quick message to the user that time has already been entered for this week.
Previously we used PR My Timesheet in Vista where you could see and would be alerted that your time for that period was entered and locked.
