The portal currently only supports fixed accrual frequencies for Biweekly, Monthly, Weekly or Daily accrual. This leaves no support for companies whose employees receive a fixed amount of PTO on an annual basis, either calendar year or anniversary-based. Adding support for the Y (yearly) frequency as well as anniversary month-based frequencies (like JAN for January, FEB for february, etc) would allow employees to see accurate projected PTO balances. Using month-based frequency codes allows for the accrual process to be run for the group of employees whose anniversary dates fall within that month.

Agreed. We use Yearly frequencies and not being able to view a Projected Balance including future approved requests is a big issue for us.
