The Progress Entry module currently only allows for JC Progress Entry, not JB Progress Billing. JB Progress Billing allows the user to bill directly against the contract items as opposed to having to go phase by phase, job by job within a single contract. This is particularly useful for Lump-Sum contracts that may require multiple jobs and phases, but few contract line items.
