We need the ability to filter out employees that have recently signed up for benefits (new hire or other qualifying event) during the company-wide open enrollment.

We have an Employee groups for this purpose - one that cumulates all eligible ees into one group. For Open Enrollment in the Benefit Dashboard filter by Benefit Group and do a Batch action to Initialize the window.
We only offer benefits to Non-union people. It would be GREAT if we could filter by non union and even automate this process a bit!
