We're having difficulties with Pending POs when they have not yet been submitted as the only person that can see them is the initiator. We have Project Accountants that work on many Jobs so when month-end comes, they need to quickly see if there are any missing POs (Not Submitted, Unapproved and Unapproved Not Processed).
They can get some of this from Vista but if the PO was not yet submitted, it doesn't appear on any reports in Vista. What we'd like to see is a report (or grid) that shows the list of Pending POs, no matter who entered or what the approval status is, for a particular job.
Wish List 2 is to have a power user override so if the user in the workflow is not available, we can have someone else approve and process it so the invoice can be entered.
