Change Log In Panel to "Click to Toggle Sign In Method"

Users see the box for USE WINDOWS ACCOUNT or USE EMPLOYEE # and don't know they can click on it to change the log in method.  Change the label to "Click to Toggle Sign In Method" or "Click to Toggle Sign In Method - Use Employee #" or "Click to Toggle Sign In Method - Use Windows Account"

    Jeff, We update the Login.cshtml file and change the verbiage to
