In our organization, overtime is banked (accumulated) and taken based on an hourly unit, while vacation and sick days are granted and taken in a days or a half-day units. Employee leave in ViewpointOne (formerly Keystyle) is limited to use a unit of either hours or days, not both. Allowing users to select the unit of calculation based on the type of employee leave would increase flexibility for businesses and result in less confusion to users as to the unit of measure for different leave codes. Employee leave in ViewpointOne should show based on the selected Unit of Measure in Vista for the leave code.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Could this be reconsidered please? If Vista can handle variation with leave codes, some in hours, some in days, the HFF application should respect this.
Also, other customers are asking so some of the ideas here should be combined. See KDS 1531
Marc, would it be possible for you to reconsider this? Right now, the time off feature only supports hours but we only asking only for Keystyle to reflect the settings available within the Vista application based on Vista leave settings. I've attached some images in the hopes it will clarify that we are only asking for the portal to respect the Vista settings and not ask users anywhere to compromise by having to make conversions.
