Update the report which is available after the review is complete for a cleaner look rather printed or downloaded. This will improve the usability of the post review report, and improve the entire process.

I wanted to follow up on our last conversation. Was this the item you had added that we discussed to have the employee performance review in a web format instead of forcing the download for the managers?

The Performance Review report that is downloaded as a pdf can be modified today. You'll just need to go to the performance review template header where it says Report RDL. Here you can download the default SSRS performance review template, then you can customize it to match who you want it to look, and then you just need to upload it to the template. This allows oyu to have a separate custom report per template if you wish.
