Currently in the Checklist dashboard there is a 'Total Score' column that from my understanding sums the responses of 1 / 3 / 5 and N/A is a '0' value. We would like to use this as a safety audit report and in order to do so we would like to see a column added that tells the total amount of possible points. The total possible points would be a summation of everything marked with a 1 / 3 / 5 and would be based on having a rating of 5 for each one answered as a 1 / 3 / 5, N/A wouldn't be included in the total possible points. It would also be nice to have another column added to give a percentage based on 'Total Score' divided by 'Total Possible Points'. I have attached a pdf showing the proposed new columns in red.
Also, would it be possible to have a 'Total Score', 'Total Possible Points', and 'Percentage for each individual 'Item Group'. See attached pdf with notes.
Lastly, it would be nice to be able to have a summary section as shown on the attached pdf.
All of these would be based on using a version of the 1 / 3 / 5 selections.
