Add file name field to the Document Dashboard document creation screen to allow different file name for documents being passed to Vista s attachments instead of the document title being used.

Currently documents being passed to Vista as HR/PR attachments use the Document Headline as the file name after removing numeric characters and adding a date at the end. This makes for often very cumbersome sometimes inaccurate file names being passed through as Attachment Original File Name in Vista. We would like to see 1 or more of the following file name options implemented:

1. A file name field where a condensed version of the document name could be entered, the placing the Document Headline in the Attachment Description filed.
2. An option to select the date format of the date added to the file name (we prefer YYMMDD)
3. An option to place the date at the front of the file name instead of the end
4. If a separate file name field cannot be added then an option remove spaces and an option to not remove numbers.

The current file naming convention from the portal is creating a lot of manual work for the HR department cleaning up naming and/or adding descriptions after attachments are pushed from the Portal to Vista.
