Assign Equipment to Employees - Ok But needs more Updates

Recent update added ability to assign equipment to employees. This idea is a great addition but comes with flaws and needs improvement in order to be useful in the field, as follows: (1) user cannot tag more then one piece of equipment to an employee. Operating engineers can use up to 4 or 5 pieces a day (2) if ability to add more then one piece is added, then the ability to tag that equipment to specific phase codes is needed. Currently, when assigned, the system adds that equipment to every single phase code the employee completed for the day (3) when equipment is tagged to an employee, it should then ALSO show up in the "Equipment" tab at bottom of page. When user goes to equipment tab it still shows 'no equipment selected' when in fact there is equipment in the timesheet. It should show the equipment and the hours, per usual  (4) In the SUBMIT screen, since the equipment is tagged to an employee, during review of employee hours it should ALSO show that the equipment is tagged to that employee and be signed off on for for final review/acceptance (5) when assigning equipment, at bottom of screen the options are "SAVE" or "ADD". I'm not sure what this ADD button does because everytime we click it an error message pops up saying "cannot duplicate employee entry". Does this button work?

    Sorry Mark, cannot help. The app had SO many non-stop issues, glitches, interface problems -- many of which you and I discussed personally on the phone -- that we had to bail on it. Our men have been inputting time through the portal for about a year now. We may switch back to app in another year or so once, hopefully, some issues are worked through on but even then I would be hesitent to revert and disrupt current workflow. Good luck with progressing the app.

    Hey Chris,

    It's been a while since we last talked. We are looking into allowing operators to change the usage units for the equipment that they operative. Can you meet to review the process your users go through when entering in operators?
