So we have decreased the amount of JC phase codes. We still have employee using those codes even when instructed not to.
Instead of deleting them it would be nice to make them inactive but you can't you can only make delete them.
The process is that you have to remove the cost types first then the phase. Why cant you just delete the phase record, instead of the back and forth. I get if there is a warning but its take 4 steps to delete one record. does not make much since if you are wanting to remove that phase. its assumes you losing the cost type anyhow.
make it easier would be great.
