Processing a PO that has already flowed through the approval process needs to be a quick and easy process as this will then allow a PO to be invoiced (if it's not processed we can't invoice by our month-end cutoff which we are contracted to do).
In Vista when we didn't use the approval workflow or Keystyle, the user would simply click on the Approved Button and once a day or week, the PM would go into PM Interface, select all the POs, then Interface in one quick step.
Now with the new process in Keystyle, they have the option of mass approving but not mass processing. The approving should require them to open each PO then approve but not the Processing aspect.
Since the Process is an extra step and only those in the workflow can do this (ie our Project Accountants can't post them), adding all this work to the PMs to approve them them having to open 10-15 POs one by one then clicking Process is being met with a lot of frustration and pushback.
