It would be great to have the ability to get emails to the employee, manager, and Time Off Admin when a user goes below a specified number of hours. Currently the time off requests do not state pending hours on them.

The problem is that the managers dont use the time off dashboard (mostly because we dont have a requirement for manager approval in the system). We want them to get some kind of notification that the person is going over. One possibility could be if you required approval ONLY when your projected total went negative?

Reviewing this item, it looks like the best place to display this data would be the time-off dashboard. If we add it to the email, the data could change making the email information incorrect and causing confusion.
What would you think of the addition of other pending requests with a subtotal showing on the review screen?
