We have to wait when clicking applicant search upwards of 40 seconds for the system to return 2000 results, then are able to enter search criteria to narrow down to the results we need. If the applicant search could load only the query criteria first, allow the user to input criteria, then search results would significantly reduce waiting times for employees doing simple searches.
